All of our products are custom made, personalized items made specifically for you. We have taken great care
in providing accurate, detailed online images of our products so you can see exactly what you are
purchasing. All items are non-returnable. If there is a legitimate problem regarding quality or damage in
transit, we will correct the problem. If we made a mistake it will be corrected at our expense. If a return for
one of the above reasons is necessary, we do require you to contact us first to inform us that something is
being returned. Authorized returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. We will issue a
Return Authorization Number to place on the outside of the returned package. The item must be returned in
unused, undamaged condition. We will not credit a returned item unless it has the required RA # on it. This is
for your protection as well as ours. If there is an error with your purchase you must contact our office by
email to report the error so we may correct it. After 5 days we will assume that all is correct with your order.
SHIPPING INFO. AND RATES
We will usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, unless we have to make an order ourselves to
get the items to make your item (We will contact you by email to let you know). If your order is received on a
holiday or weekend, it will usually be shipped the next business day. Keep in mind holidays cause a normal
slow down due to increased sales...please be patient. We ship via USPS First Class Mail which takes about

NC Residents 7.75% sales tax will be added to your total.
